A Message From Our Founder

Why ADMI exists.

A direct introduction to the institute, the standard of training, and the future we're building for dental administrative professionals.

Understand the Opportunity

What is Dental Administration?

Dental administration is the business engine behind every dental practice. While the dentist focuses on clinical care, the dental administrator keeps the entire operation running — and profitable.

A dental administrator manages scheduling, insurance verification, treatment plan coordination, billing and coding, accounts receivable, and payment posting. Every single function connects to revenue. Every single function requires real training.

This is not a front desk job. This is a revenue protection career.

And the dental practices that understand that — pay accordingly.

According to healthcare workforce data referenced by the City University of New York, healthcare administrative careers are projected to grow approximately 23 percent between 2026 and 2034 — significantly faster than many other industries.

This demand reflects the growing need for trained administrative professionals who understand healthcare operations, revenue systems, patient coordination, insurance processes, and organizational efficiency.

At Advance Dental Management Institute (A.D.M.I.), we believe dental administration should be taught as a complete operational system — not isolated tasks. Because inside a dental office, everything connects.

One missing piece of information can disrupt scheduling, treatment planning, billing, collections, patient trust, and office profitability. That is why our programs focus on structure, operational understanding, revenue awareness, and real-world application from the very beginning.

Our goal is not simply to help students find jobs.

Our goal is to develop high-level dental administrative professionals who understand how to protect and support the entire revenue cycle of a dental practice.

Why ADMI

This Is More Than Dental Training.

ADMI was built to teach students how dental practices actually function behind the scenes — from operations and patient experience to insurance verification, billing, revenue cycle management, and workflow systems.

Most training programs teach isolated tasks. ADMI teaches students how everything connects.

Operational Awareness

Learn how systems, workflows, and departments connect inside the modern dental practice.

Revenue Cycle Understanding

Understand how practices generate, protect, and recover revenue through operational excellence.

Systems-Based Thinking

Move beyond task completion and learn how your decisions impact the entire office.

Workforce Confidence

Develop the professionalism and operational confidence needed to contribute immediately.

The Office Workflow

How a dental office actually operates

Step 01Front Desk
Step 02Insurance Verification
Step 03Treatment Planning
Step 04Billing & Coding
Step 05Accounts Receivable
Step 06Payment Posting

What happens at the front desk affects everything behind it.

01

Incomplete intake

Inaccurate patient info → insurance verification begins broken.

02

Inaccurate planning

Incomplete verification → treatment planning loses precision.

03

Delayed revenue

Billing & coding errors → reimbursement slows or stalls.

04

Unreliable reporting

Posting inaccuracy → ledgers and reports lose integrity.

Revenue Risk

Delays and inaccuracies throughout the workflow compound — affecting reimbursement, performance, and provider revenue.

Every position connects to the next. ADMI teaches the connections.

The Curriculum in Practice

Six modules. One connected workflow.

Front desk operations, insurance verification, treatment coordination, billing and coding, accounts receivable, and payment posting — taught as a connected revenue cycle, not isolated tasks.

Career Positioning

A career built for stability, growth, and long-term opportunity

Dental is one of the most consistently needed industries — and the professionals who understand the whole practice become the most valuable.

Stability

An always-needed industry

Every office depends on professionals who understand workflow, insurance, and revenue.

Growth

Become indispensable

The more you understand the whole practice, the more valuable you become inside it.

Confidence

Walk in prepared

Communication, structure, and operational fluency from day one — not week ten.

Not about memorizing tasks — about the structure, understanding, and confidence to step into the workforce career-focused from day one.

What Is the Launchpad?

The Launchpad is the mandatory first step inside the ADMI program.

Before students access advanced modules, they complete the Launchpad to develop the foundational mindset of a Revenue Protection Specialist.

Most training programs begin with tasks. ADMI begins with operational understanding.

The Launchpad teaches students what is actually at stake inside a dental practice — including workflow disruption, revenue loss, patient trust, and operational consequences.

Because when you understand the cost of getting it wrong, you approach everything differently.

This is where the identity shift begins.

  • What information must be collected before calling insurance
  • How to complete structured breakdowns
  • How to communicate professionally with insurance representatives
  • How copays, frequencies, clauses, limitations, and downgrades affect treatment and workflow
  • How front-end accuracy affects everything that happens after the patient leaves the office

What is not verified correctly on the front end will be denied, delayed, or unresolved on the back end.
